Below: the Office Wing viewed from the Pitched Stone Court.

The Office Wing runs down along the north-eastern side of the Pitched Stone Court, and is a Tudor replacement of the original 15th-century range. The rooms supplemented the main kitchen, with additional fireplaces, ovens and a possible brewhouse. The foundations of Sir William Herbert's earlier office wing are, however, known from excavation.
